We offer person-centered care that supports young adults from all backgrounds.

We identify and place highly skilled care workers, support workers, and other healthcare professionals in permanent positions within Bright Sun Healthcare. These professionals become integral members of our team, dedicated to providing exceptional care and support.

Our Process

Before we consider potential candidates we ensure that they are compliant and they have the following documents in place:

IELTS English test

Police clearance valid within 3 months

Validation of training certificates.

TB test

Full employment history

Once we have interviewed the candidate and you offer them employment, we would support with the following:

Travel arrangements

NI registration.

Opening a UK bank account

GP registration

UK accommodation if required

Fees and Charges

Bright Sun Healthcare reserves the right to charge administrative fees, which cover the cost of documentation verification, practical training, adaptation, company car insurance, accommodation, ID badge, uniform, DBS and other miscellaneous costs

We will provide a Certificate of Sponsorship once all checks and candidate compliance have been verified.

By submitting an application, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions

As an incentive, Bright Sun Healthcare will issue a full refund of the administration fee after three years of continuous employment under Bright Sun Healthcare

We do not process Visas. Visas are processed and issued by the Home Office therefore the final decision lies with them

The process takes at least 18 weeks as per Home Office guidelines

How to Register with Bright Sun Healthcare

Register with us by completing online or downloading an application form. Then please submit once completed, scan to the email address provided or send the form to our Head Office. We will do the selection process, arrange interviews, then start the registration process. Once that is done, we will then do the documents verification process including the right to work in the UK. Training will be fully provided and all suitable candidates will do an induction, satisfactory references will be obtained before the candidates starts working with us

The DBS(Disclosure and Barring Service- formerly called, Criminal Records Bureau(CRB)enables organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors to make safer recruitment decisions by identifying candidates who may be unsuitable for certain work, especially that involving children or vulnerable adults.
